I had my order cancelled today s they physically didn't have the stock. I was told I could go into the store and order one at the special price to be delivered to the store.

Ordered the one showing in stock in my local store, but don't hold out much hope of it actually being there judging by other peoole's experience. Fingers crossed though.

Agree ... one of the major problems is they no longer check the stock from the depot so hence there are always going to be wrong stock figures, many are fast moving lines and most are picked up somewhere down the line but there are always problems, same old lack of staff to do the job .

Just managed to get two in my local thank you ever so much will make the family puds this xmas look stunning! No boxes as others have said, did have to swap one as it had a chip in the bottom so just be careful ti check yours when you pick up.

Also discovered their bags of gold coins are reduced from £1 to 10p! Mmmm!

I went to collect mine today and was told that the manager was unwilling for the staff to look for it in the warehouse and so I'd have to call back another day!

Not impressed with the Customer Service!
