Picked mine up today also, great buy. No box, i wonder why that is? Very strange.
It's a lovely item though and can't wait to use it.
These will be sent to store in multi packs so the sa break them down and put them on the shelf hence no box, On the stock issue when you reserve a item the sa have to remove the item from the shop floor so they could be in peoples baskets hence no stock, argos has all its stock behind the counter so there is less chance the stock figs are wrong but with Homebase all the stock is on the shopfloor so there is more chance the figures are wrongPure Dog Loving0 -
I just managed to get one of these on my way home from work. I'm so pleased as it's a bargain price and great quality. I'm making a profiterole stack for Christmas day dessert and it will look lovely on the cake stand! Thank you OP!

From my experience I've found HB's "on-hands" are often wrong. I completely understand how that happens but my biggest gripe is that they didn't let me know when they couldn't find the stock.
Had 2 texts reminding me to collect my order, presumably automated, but what I really needed was someone to tell me not to bother!
Anyway, I already have a couple of cake stands so it's probably just as well that I didn't end up with another cluttering the kitchen! Glad so many of you ended up with yours but all this talk of cake is making me hungry!!!0
