    Over £4000 now, but may be spent on a new garden, shall see. Already had two new boilers at £3000 :mad:, so doing better than expected

    So, 2.5k for April - will aim for higher figures for the next few months - ideally will hit target (22k) by August, then can reset target (if that's allowed) to say 30k.
    Anyway, have some overpayments ready to land for May, and it's a beautiful sunny day, so I'm off to a wedding to enjoy it :)

    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

    I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. I have just raided our savings account and made a one off overpayment of £3000. It has been posted off today in cheque form.

    That means I have now reached my overpayment target for this year and now have an outstanding balance of £2300 :D
