Hi everyone,
I just received my mortgage statement so am announcing my March OP total of .... £675.28
I'm on a reducing balance offset mortgage so that total is after deducting the £125 I have to OP to make sure I'm on track for the reduction in mortgage value as it happens annually.
I'm very happy with my progress as I'm ahead of my target and hopefully it should get a bit easier from next month as I had a long overdue payrise approved yesterday which will be backdated to mid Jan when I should have got it. Should get it from my April pay
Well done to everyone keeping on track and a gentle kick to everyone that needs it :T0 -
March OP done today - £700. That's £2100 for Q1.:D0

Hi all,
Have asked for a number, we have a crazy house hold but we are trying hard to make an over payment of £50, and of course we have the latest edition the famous Mortgage Piggy, (which I have counted, just to see) and was pleased to find that there was over £80 in there already, woo hoo didnt realise quite how muxh we had put in there over the short weeks we have had our new arrival,
Best wishes, Layla xI am now a MFW and it feels good
We now have a new addition to our family the famous Mortgage Pig
