I wondered who'd post about it first - JennyW :naughty:
Funny how we are dismissive of "property !!!!!!" - but like the proverbial car crash, must watch

A new, more in depth, series of COAST was on BBC 2 at the same time. Well I never knew about Dungeness, not in my top 10 with 2 nuclear Power Stations though, and with coastal erosion neither is Beachy Head. Now looking forward to the rest of the series - first one, I thought, tried to do too much per episode and missed out too much.

Watching Sophie was a bit tempting though! _pale_
    But I resisted. :A

and its about 2 minutes walk from tower bridge. location location eh?

is that supposed to be a good buy?

£50k/year and you have to live in a dark LA flat?
My policies are based not on some economics theory, but on things I and millions like me were brought up with: an honest day's work for an honest day's pay; live within your means; put by a nest egg for a rainy day; pay your bills on time; support the police - Margaret Thatcher.

Well, it depends on your outlook. I personally dont think 750pcm on a 2 bed maisionette which clearly is undervalued due to poor decor, but just moments away from the thames, tower bridge, St Katherines Docks is bad at all, and being in Zone 1.

Maybe youd prefer the houseboat at 65k then??

It was just to illustrate the point that their analysis of the housing market thoroughly failed.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

refused to watch the program on principle - i think this kind of publicity is very damaging - the last thing the so-called 'worst' areas need. Agree with Al Mac - it's possible to show anywhere in a bad light.

what I want to know is how come the woman presenter, Kirstys sister wore the same outfit throughout the programme, white trousers and black dress?! It was an hour show and obviously did not get filmed in one single day so why?!! xxx
