Not sure where you'd stand if it disappeared, wouldn't have thought abandoning it near someones property constitutes delivery. Not saying this has happened to anyone's missing parcels but just thought I'd mention it.
My hermes delivery was put in my green bin.
Which was out because it was recycling day...:hello:

I've had it happen several times, each time I get a despatch email and a return email at about the same time. It's a shame they feel the need to lie about this, there's 100% no way they have as many "damaged" or "damaged packaging" issues as they claim.
I had this happen to me with the Lancome blockbuster glitch - even though I ordered two sharpener so fulfilled the terms of the promotion. Funnily enough it was only the blockbuster box that got damaged, not the sharpeners. I asked for a replacement box (simple you would think) only to be told 'oh, unfortunately the refund is already processing'.:mad:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Debenhams been problematic for me also.. of the 2 orders I have made, one didn't turn up after 4 weeks then they claimed 'sorry it was OOS' and the second most recent arrived also looking like the box had been jumped on... they were only kitchen scales but they were in pieces. Ordered during the 25% extravaganza, was told if I wanted another set I would need to order again at full price! Worst customer service and packaging of any online retailer I have encountered.0

Bought a new coat on 30th Nov from Debenhams, have screenshots of my coat being 'Out for Delivery' on about 7 different days since I bought it but funnily enough ive never recieved it. It also shows the coat being 'delivered to courier' on 3 different occasions. I got in touch with Hermes to ask if i can pick it up from them but they say i have to get in touch with the company i bought it from.
Debenhams has stopped emails getting through and phoneline always seems busy.
Also bought some speakers for a present from Play.com. Still not recieved them, clicked on the link to track my parcel and again surprise surprise its Hermes the delivery company, and was set for 'Out for Delivery' the exact same date and time as my coat so god knows where it is.
Ive never seen Hermes going about as a delivery company, seem like a company who will be called upon to relieve the better companys when needed. Ive had deliverys from CityLink, ParcelForce, UPS and the Postman without any issues.0 -

The courier that delivers to me from Hermes is lovely and always leaves my parcels where I know they're safe when I'm not in but I have to agree that the Hermes company themselves arent so good. I also had a Burtons order from early December that the tracking showed it hadn't moved a while (due to snow) but then after the "out for delivery to courier" is showed "courier not received" and then nothing! I emailed burtons complaining and the next day it had changed to being out again and this time "courier received" at something like 6pm. The courier had it dropped at my house first thing the next morning. I had took that to mean they were unable to get the courier at home the first time so had to keep the parcel but if yours says delivered 3 times not sure what went wrong there. Check if the coat has since went on sale and if it has, I'd ask debenhams to refund you the rest since you havent actually got it yet.0 -

Yeah I will attempt this. It did have £7 off in the sale but has since disappeared so I guess they have sold out.

Phoned Debenhams asking for sale price on the jacket. They said that they could only refund the whole amount not part of it.
So basicly I could get the refund and hope that its still in store or keep waiting for it to be delivered. Seems communication between Debenhams and Hermes is non existent.0
