    Me too, I've given up on that order and I used the code they sent me in an email and not the one on here :mad:

    im so angry, not only did i get one of those emails saying payment problem i just checked my bank account and they have taken money for it! even though it hasn't been dispatched!

    Me aswell, Got two emails saying that payment method was wrong, so changed cards... now im wishing I didn't?!

    how much did they take out? is it charging you the postage?

    no postage but 1.49 extra tht i was paying, i knew it would come out eventually, but it shouldnt untill dispatch, and i updated my card details because they said there was a problem so i may be charged twice now!

    I think it must be a problem with their payment server, as we all seem to have got that message. I've got an order which would be just the payment charge and another which would be a couple of pounds over and have got the payment problem email about the one which would be over. So I think they are not able to take payment this evening and the system is automatically churning out the emails.
