Got payment problem emails last night but just contacted customer services and the problem has been resolved this morning so I confirmed my security code on the internet again and my orders have been accepted.

Wanted to say thanks too, just reconfirmed my details too without any problems.

Also on my account details it is showing the correct amount deducted and free delivery too so looks like no postage charges either. :j

I ordered the telly terminate and eco cup yesterday and both orders are showing on my account as despatched... haven't received despatch emails yet but no money has been taken from my bank account

Can anyone who ordered yesterday and had their items despatched confirm whether they were charged delivery, I cannot check my account until later so won't be able to see? In the order summary it says total cost 3.95 in the top bar but no sign of delivery cost in the order and says £5 off and free delivery in the discount code?

i had the problem with payment message too?!? seems like they had problems yesterday. i just got charged on my account £0.49 & £1.49 today for items bought on 17th december

just wanted to add when i phoned to get them put through he said they would all go out for delivery today - hexbug starter set, the AK47 water gun, the tuck box sweets and the T-Qualiser tshirt - i know tshirt available at argos on 3 for 2 but they had small size available on here.

I have just received my dispatch email from my first two orders and there is no postage charge shown, does anyone know if orders usually have postage charge shown on this email (when not using the discount code)? As unfortunately purchase amount won't show on my card for a couple of days x
