as said above, I do still however hope postage isnt charged-for the benefit of everyone :beer:0 -
I know it sounds harsh, and im all up for everyone grabbing a bargain......I just wish people wouldnt take advantage (usually resulting in other people, or everyone missing out) Im not saying I want £100's taken from their cards (through unauthorised means) Im saying maybe the shock of what could happen may put them off buying in such large volumes in future.

Fair enough and i do agree mostly, but this glitch has been on the go since the 9TH OF DECEMBER. IWOOT must be pretty stupid to have not picked it up by now (having dealt with their CS Dept I think they might be !!)
Anyway hope everyone is lucky.Make £2018 in 2018 - £9.500 -
I think they must just be deluged with orders for Christmas.
I ordered one thing, a hexy crab thingy, and EIGHT arrived.
I then tried to log in to my account and tell them (can't help it, I just felt really guilty), and my account doesn't exist. Asked for a reset of password email, they sent me an email saying no account with this email. Yet they're still sending me marketing things to it.
Have emailed them to let them know I have eight things not one and had a message back saying my account doesn't exist.
If they do that with say just 20 people, :eek:0 -
well.. I have about a £100 taken from my account...
but not from them charging delivery... its from my trigger happy finger!
have bought lots of things from them! got another 50+ items waiting to be delivered this week, not one got charged for delivery0 -

Can I just check something? I've just ordered something and when I click on view order the total price is showing with £3.95 postage but in the discount section underneath it says discount code - £5 off and free delivery, I've also had a confirmation email showing with the postage price, so is it when you get your despatch email it takes off the postage price?0

Surely IWOOT cannot be stupid enough to have not realised the glitch - They are part of The Hut/Zavvi so would have thought it would have been noticed by now!
They are probably using the glitch to clear through all their overpriced old tat anyway:rotfl::dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21
