Sorry if this is a silly question - if it's £5 off and free delivery so it takes £8.50 off but I have been charged £3.95 for delivery so therefore it isn't free as they've only honoured £3.50. Doesn't really matter as I want the item but I can't see how that's free delivery lol.

If you read through the pages, you'll see that it shows as you being charged £3.95, but you don't actually get charged it, so basically when your item gets dispatched, you get an invoice stating the amount being charged, and it should show as £0, or it has been showing as that. And if you look at your bank acc. you see that you don't get charged anything. Have you actually been charged on your card yet?
  • i dont think you will be charged postage. I have just ordered something and it was £6.50 and although it said it was charging me £3.95 for delivery it didnt ask me for my visa verification code. so obviously no charge being made on my card (i hope!!)

I placed an order for the pineapple thingymajig on the 16th. There should be nil to pay, but I've just had an email saying that they are having trouble taking a payment for this item. I've checked and the card details are correct, and whats more, the item isn't due for depatch until 25th Jan. Why are they taking any money???
