Hello I have suffered from mental health problems for a number of years now and benifit from a carer or enabler to assist me with using public transport occasionally. I also recieve the lower rate of DLA mobility component. I have been feeling the pinch latley and decided to apply for a disabled persons FREE bus pass.…
