I work for Next and even I think it's stupid having to pay £3.75 for the catalogue when you can see it all for free online!

How long does it take for orders to show up on your account?? I have just ordered an item but can't seem to find it anywhere??

I love next clothes and have been lucky enough to have a VIP sale slot the last couple of years...I usually spend between £600 - £800 which basically covers all the clothes my kids will need for the following year....so if everything is half price it would cost me £1200-£1600, I'm happy to pay £3.75 for a directory if there's a chance I get to dress my kids in the clothes I like but otherwise wouldn't be able to afford.

It wasn't on my account page so I placed an order using the free delivery code and it came up.

As for Debenhams, I've managed to kit out my son for next year with everything at 70% off or more, and I didn't have to pay them for the privilege!

For one i'd buy the Directory anyways for my Mam who buys a lot of Next clothes but doesn't know the first things about internet browsing. Also i've been lucky enough to have VIP Slots over the last few years and as a result i have saved hundreds of £'s...so yes it has proved to be moneys saving for myself and plenty of others too

Yes but that charge is credited back to your account if you order from the new directory within a certain time - or you get free delivery. So if you're buying something anyway (which l invariably do) it works out it's free.
