Identical to my first car. An absolute pile of crap, and is now resting peacefully in the scrapheap in the sky, or part of a washing machine, but I loved it.
I'd give anything to have one last drive in it!0 -
My dream car is a Jaguar XK120 roadster. When I wrote off my Astra, I went half way and got a Daimler V8 250, as the insurance money from an Astra wouldn't pay for an XK120.0

Back to the subject of this thread

VW Golf MkII.
My favourite car that I have owned was a 1991 Mark II VW Golf GTi 8v. A car I never tired of driving; a practical, sporty hatchback. Not the fastest of the Golf Mk II variants but, IMO, the most fun and satisfying car to drive everyday and lots of torque when you needed it.0 -
wilykit = A RenaultSport Megane is a very different car to a Renault Megane Sport. Blame Renault for the confusing names.
Perhaps you could tell us the specs of your car so that we can sort this out once and for all? What are you getting in your Megane Sport that a normal Megane doesn't have? Sports seats? Faster engine? More specs? Bodykit?0 -

lets just let Wilykit "believe" they have a megane sport and close the subject
No offense was ever intended i was merely pointing out a fact. Some people are just stubborn enough not to want to listen to factsIf Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred0 -
Has the handbag fight over Renault Meganes over with, pity, personally I think Meganes suck, and anyone who has connections with Renault are really anal.
Don,t take it personally, just my non important opinion.0 -
my ex-police car. Ford Focus 03 90Ps (TDDi)
i loved that car, absolutely loved it. i swear it was a bit quicker than normal cars, could go to 60 in a time much less than the stated standard.0 -
To be fair to Wilykit she does have a megane sport she just doesn't have a Renaultsport megane
Hopefully a quick peak at those websites will let her see the difference between the two cars. And it was Rossy's mistake in the first place for misreading a renault megane sport as renaultsport

To be fair in the RenaultSport community we don't call them RS's as it's lengthy
We just call them a Megane/Clio sport
going to go round and round on this one so i'll bow out now
