    Ok, to do's for next month....well, targets:

    Exercise 3 times a week or more
    Lay off the choccy for as many days as poss
    Lay off the crap eating
    Eating 3 meals a day
    No smoking
    Stick to 150 food budget
    Get my readings done on time
    Don't spend money on crap

    Gone to the bank and put money in
    Checked bank and moved shrapnel over
    Sorted out DVD night - Rosemary's Baby is tonight's film.

    c25k week 4 run 2 done. Getting a lot easier to run now the crap from smoking is starting to leave my system....much better feeling!

    Still on maybe one or two ciggies a day, can't seem ot loosen the crutch's last hold on me, but thats probably cos I feel so !!!! right now. Been to see the psych, more rigamarole with my tablets, she doesn't want me on so many but yknow what, I don't HAVE a choice....bloody woman. But she's referring me to psychotherapy peeps and a keyworker so we might get somewhere.

    Not been here for a few days....

    Not been able to keep up the no smoking ,as too much stress goingo n right now, and I'm about to start new tablets, so not fun. Been doing as much un ias I can handle, ahd to take some time out as feeling like big pile of poo, but starting to get through it...

    Another 40 (split) onto Velma and Colin, and the DD for Colin came out today so woohoo on that!

    NSD as only did food shopping, 35.62 on a week's worth (or over) for two of us, so not too bad.
    Still reading my way through my books for uni...Wish I didn't have to read Dorian Gray, it's so bloody boring!

    Cleaned the flat - Kai is ill so can't do it
    Started Dorian Gray - not as bad as I remembered thankfully

    Now over half way through Daniel Deronda, so have that to finish and two plays to read, also need to check hand-in date for an essay....
