Resorted my spreadsheet, it's now got all the categories I forgot and I can think of. So that's a plus. Not been able to jog and shred today since my calf decided it wanted to play up yesterday afternoon and night, so didn't want to risk it.
Made up for it by walking Kai to the bus stop so he can go see his nipper, then into town where I bought a lot of cleaning stuff and loo roll, that sorta thing, then onto Aldi's for the cheap air freshener and tins of sweetcorn/pineapple/sauce for meatballs. Spent probably £20 but got all we'll need for a bit. Have walked 16401 steps today which is brilliant, also managed to clean the flat so feel quite pleased with myself.

Feel really bad cos I put on not lost this week and I've been trying so hard....really !!!!ed at myself for allowing the unhealthy snacks back in so I'm going to stick to fruit and jelly from now on

To add to my to-do list I'd like to add the following spending challenges:
1. £10 for the week for tobacco products
2. £10 for the week for all other stuff
3. £20 for groceries.
