It's hard elantan.....I'm kind of dependant on it....but I have brought a lot of fruit as fruit sugar must be better than shedloads of chocolate....

Spent 12.80 on fruit and salad stuff ,the weather being nice gives me more of an impetus to do things

Your so right it really isn't easy .... For me I found that researching chocolate and all it's politics slavery issues etc did it for me .... I don't eat the stuff now that I know what some poor people have to endure just so that I can get my chocolate fix

beanie, I cant help it, it just feels that beating myself up helps.....DBT is dialectical behaviour therapy, its basically a way to deal with my emotions. Next course doesn't start til July, and it's a year long commitment....scared about it actually.
el, I'll have to look into that, but I'm thinking, if I can crack the first day then I'll be ok. Just gotta get through today

Just to add, meals in freezer:
    sweet and sour pork
    spaghetti bolognese - no spaghetti

Meal plan (this does help more than I think):
    T - steak and salad
    W - chicken and sweetcorn
Th - sweet and sour pork
    Fr - meatballs/burgers with salad
    S - jacket with beans
Sun - gammon with pineapple and egg
    Mon - chicken and veg
    Tues - steak and salad
    Weds - spag bol

After that I'll need to look!

Ok, I hit Amazon. I spent 6.77 on 3 DVDs....Air America, Less than Zero, The Pick-Up Artist...And they ALL have Robert Downey Jr. in......damn I'm mad but it'll keep me going.

Will finish watching this film and then I'll be off to bed I think.

Not doing too bad so far, but feeling REALLY sick! Keep burping and it stinks and after i went swimming I had to rush to the toilet and throw up (TMI sorry). Feel good for the swim but rather tired and just sick feeling.

Still well, not at all well. Been (TMI warning) out of both ends so I'm guessing a bug cos I just can't seem to get warm. Think it'll be the blanket my mum made on the bed tonight as well. Not so tired or so sore so hopefully the worst is passed and I just need to be careful. Watching Hairy Bikers Mum Knows Best and really want to try the mulligatawny soup, sounds delish (but with no rice and maybe a bit of chicken instead).
Of course, the 'bug' could be because I've not been sticking to the food I'm allowed.....so that could be a reason...but hopefully, as I said, the worst is passed and I should be OK tomorrow....just take it slowly.

ETA: also means I've got through my first full day of not eating crap/sugar

Feeling a bit better today....still a bit loose but I don't feel as sick now....which is a good thing. Taking food very slowly and very little...have had a pineapple snack pot and a small glass of smoothie to see if I could manage to keep it down, which I have so far :D *phew*

ETA: sounds bizarre, but I'm going to take the opportunity of being ill to sort my diet/eating out.

Yeuch...I shouldn't have eaten the cereal, then I wouldn't feel like this! Going to wait when I'm actually hungry to eat again, and it will be an apple. Been keeping my fluids in as much as I can....but just feel sick constantly.

Still not tiptop but not going hot and cold now so I should be ok. Taking the food side easy, have had two fruitpots, a smoothie and a banana and I feel ok so far.
