I think I got a first. Did my presentation and got told it would be in the upper upper upper.....no idea but guessing a nicely won first for all my hard work.

Have really fallen off not only the DFW wagon but also the non eating of crap. Feelig pretty !!!! about myself at the moment, quite tempted to go for a walk and burn some of it off...bloody stupid me eating too much and thinking itll be ok....Really need to get back into the not-eating crap but know it's cos I've been nervous and feeling pretty down about myself. !!!! !!!!ity !!!! !!!! !!!!......

Things I have attained this week:
    Swim once
Walked 30km so far - still the weekend to go :D
    Finished film readings
Read a book on my iPad - partway through two different ones

The weekend, I need to see whats in the cupboards and fridge/freezer and mealplan for after the weekend
    Need to clean the flat
    Put washing on
    Walk another 10k
Start jogging again - week 3 of c25k should be a good week to start on, and my stuff is clean and ready to run in.

    So, weekend goals:
    Clean flat
    Washing

    Jog x 2
    Walk 10km at least
    1 NSD
    Mealplan
    Finish book
    Start Heart of Darkness.

Just had probably the nicest dinner, nom nom....reduced turkey breast (there's enough for lunch tomorrow) roasties and veg - cabbage and carrots. So nice, and it's been so long since I had one.
Managed to get £16 of shopping, out of that I've got 12 meat based main meals and enough lunch stuff until the end of the week.
Just going to put a film on, probably Alien 3
