You make me feel sooo lazy with all the exercise you do! Wow. And well done on the studying too. That must be hard when you aren't very well some of the time.

    keep going

    Well, I'm home....and I'm playing on a PC.

Sold my Macbook, not too bad a price, put some in the bank (over a hundred) and got a desktop, keyboard/mouse, wi-fi etc for under £200...so not too shabby.
Just feeling very very low at the moment

Another 6.7km into the walk bank.

Not an NSD today, but it made me think.

Got my weight done, 13st 9, the highest I've been for a while, and I'm now thinking, little money/lot of time - let's try and get it down. I'm throwi9ng my scales away, and depending on the ones in Boots. I will weigh myself every month and note down the weight loss, as well as a renewed food diary, exercise diary and spend diary - I'm going to try and root out all that is bad, and get back the good in my life.
I've been sat here, down and depressed for days because of the money situation, but I got a text from Three, about my secuirty deposit, so that's a £100 cheque coming in the next week to be deposited, so things are looking a little brighter.

Need to sort out a proper exercise routine, so I was thinking:
    Walk 5km a day
    Jog once a day
If I get cravings, do one of the following - 20 star jumps/sit ups/squats/push ups/jog on the spot/hop on the spot/lunges/whatever else I can think of, and use that exercise record as a record of my cravings. All the crap is leaving the house TONIGHT - I'll bin it and empty the bin before bed, and in the morning I'll do a proper mealplan and start the food/spend/exercise diary again, and hope I can stick to it.

The depression seems to be getting deeper, so I keep telling myself....
    - A week til I go home for my birthday
    - 23rd April I'll see the boy again - god I miss him!
    - Term starts 27th April.

In the next week I want to get properly onto this, and it includes doing uni work....so a to-do list for tomorrow...

    Jog c25k week 1 run 3
    Walk 5km at least
Go through research paper first draft
    Mealplan
    Keep on top of cravings

Very easy, very free...but I CAN do this! (oh, and there's no money in my purse so I might get a few more NSDs this week)
