Stage no 1 of the change:

    I threw out my scales
I threw out all of the crap in my fridge and cupboard so there is no temptation
No money in my purse, all in the bank and I'm not to touch it

    Day 1 of the change:

I have cleaned the flat, but I need to sort out my cupboard under the sink later...which is fun...not!
Had to postpone the jog as I've got a dicky tummy and don't want to risk it,but I'm still going to go and have a walk and probably wander round Ikea/Tesco etc for ideas for the flat...

    Day 2:
Managed to get some work done...not looking too shabby at the mo!
Having some lunch, mmm soup and meat bits that need eating up.

Why is it so hard to cancel a contract? Admittedly I've just signed myself up for 2 years on an iphone at 45 a month....but the thinking is, if I'm signed up to freelancing I need a decent phone that'll be able to sync what I need onto it, and I can check emails/etc on the go, and its only one thing take, not 30. Phone to cancel and got the 'why are you going' 'you dont want to pay that' etc etc....but its done, and I'm clear of Three in June, and then I'll do a new SOA - the food bill should be down by then and I can look at my next challenge

Sorted out an online calender (Google) so all my bills and stuff are in and I know days that money is due in and out of my account.
Need to sort out my spreadhseet and get back in gear with the spending diary, would be good to get it sorted.

Depending on the time the postie turns up, I may or may not go for a jog....also depends on what he turns up with...

    6km yesterday and 6km today :D

Engineer came at 8AM! :O and was there for nearly two hours sorting it out. I think he was chatting me up and he lives in the area :P *sigh* lol.
Paid in Three cheque so that's £100 more, and money has gone in for HB, so bank isn't looking too bad.
Took some money out and got some bleach as my roots need doing before I go to my mum's...either tomorrow or Monday...or this afternoon, probably this afternoon as I've nothing else planned. Also got two DVDs (Watership Down and Saving Private Ryan - which I haven't seen yet.....oops) so thinking a DVD/review fest might be in order this weekend
Going to go for a longish walk tomorrow to blow the cobwebs out, and have postponed jogging until I'm back from my mum's and my friend has been to visit

    Morning all!

    Just a missive from me...

Been up since 8, God knows why, so I took it upon myself to give the kitchen a wipe round and do the hoovering, so that's another job out of the way. Will leave the house around 10 and go for my walk, then I might see if I can get a new TV stand/coffee table as mine are starting to fall to bits (the bottom shelf of the coffee table is falling off, it's literally dangerous) and I need to downsize as they are too big for my midget front room. I'll start in BHF and then work my way round to Ikea and Argos, hopefully one of those will be a good hit.

So probably, no NSD today but as I'm away next week at my parents I should get a few there!

OK, there have been some triumphs this week.
From starting the week eating everything in sight, I've now got it down to a big bag of crisps (from one big and 6/7 small) one bag of popcorn (from 2) and barely any sweet stuff except ice poles lol. THat's a big drop and I hope to drop it completewly by the end of next week. Slow and steady.

Managed to rewrite the first part of my research paper, really need to email the rest to my iPad and then work on it on the train home this week, so I should get the first draft of the second part done. Might also be able to get another 500 words this week on Shakespeare, so that's my target.

Am keeping my spends diary offline, have been doing it this weekend and I can already see where most of my money is going. The online takeaway service has had the password changed and I can't remember it!

Still feeling pretty !!!!!!, but there's not really a lot I can do about that. Quite tempted to put on some jeans and a hoody and go for a walk, but I might leave that til tomorrow and go for a nice long walk and not take money and not worry about a thing.

So, plan for this week coming:
    500 words on Shakespeare
Get second draft of second section done
Look at other books I got out - tomorrow methinks
Finish at least one library book
    Finish an iPad book
    5km walk a day
    Jog if I can

Got a full first draft of the essay done, the one I was worrying about the most. I'll start on the 2nd on in a bit, just need to get my brain back
