  • If it was me i would be looking at taking seller to small claims court as i doubt you have any legal claim against the courier company as you were not their customer the seller was. I think only the seller would be able to sue the courier company!

I have opened the ebay dispute and the seller is not wanted to resolve. As all they have said is that Royal mail says its been signed for by myself when it havent. The seller still seems to think that i have signed for the item which i havent done. I called Royal Mail myself and was asked to fill in a P 5 8 form which the seller wouldnt because they were not risking losing the proof of postage. i have furthered the case to ebay customer support.

In future, it would be much better if you opened your own thread instead of tacking your problem onto someone else's. I realise that you probably did it with the best of intentions - avoiding having too many similar threads - but, as you can see, it's causing no end of confusion.

now YOU are causing confusion here, that post is over a month old, done and dusted.
This thread was resurrected by someone asking for an update, and the right poster replied telling us where he is at.

Now YOU are unnecessarily adding even more confusion.

You may not be aware but not everyone comes here every day.

This was the first time I've seen this thread and it was very hard to follow because of the intermingled cases.

My comment was clear and it was clear at whom it was directed.

Where was any further confusion generated?
