hopefully this will be sorted out and get resolved i will post to say what the outcome is0 -
Probably theft by someone at depot, quite possibly with driver collusion. Report to Police and tell UKmail that you have done this. That may focus their attention."Never underestimate the mindless force of a government bureaucracyseeking to expand its power, dominion and budget"Jay Stanley, American Civil Liberties Union.0

HI All
Thanks for the advice, my issue is the first original post with UKMail, I do have consignment number and this is shown on the "proof of deliver" and the seller is convinced that delivery has been made and I am trying to pull a fast one so half of the battle is getting them behind me!.
Could the police do much?
I have written to UK mail as the call centre is hopeless, I said I would pursue legal action as they have possibly commited fraud.0 -

I contacted the seller to tell them and said they have spoken to Royal Mail and that it had been delivered, i opened a ebay dispute, which then the seller started accusing me of receiving the parcel and then saying i got my brother to sign for it for me as we have the same initials. I replyed back as my brother is not currently living in my household.
I have contacted Royal Mail and they say it has been delivered and that i cant claim it as a lost item. They advised me to fill in a P58 but i doubt i will get my money back as they cant on jewellery and that the seller didnt insure it.
Should i close the ebay dispute as i doubt that i would win due to the seller having the proof of delivery but in fact i never recieved?
Unsure what to do
I have opened the ebay dispute and the seller is not wanted to resolve. As all they have said is that Royal mail says its been signed for by myself when it havent. The seller still seems to think that i have signed for the item which i havent done. I called Royal Mail myself and was asked to fill in a P 5 8 form which the seller wouldnt because they were not risking losing the proof of postage. i have furthered the case to ebay customer support.0 -

Has the courier confirmed the address they delivered to with the tracking number? Could the seller have written the wrong address by mistake?0
