  • Am feeling overwhelmed - have done nothing so far. Have plenty of ideas but I'm just to tired and too busy with OH, House, Kids, Work etc to get anything done....

I know that feeling hun. Just do what you can when you feel like you can. I find if i try to make a big deal out of it and plan time i will always find an excuse to fob it off. I find if i just leave my stuff where i can see it and grab it when i've got a moment (camera, ebay listing notes, clothes to ebay etc.) i will pick things up and have a bash. :)

I have my old wedding ring but its white gold and only 9ct so I dont think it would be worth anything

You will need to weigh the ring in gms, go on the Hatton Garden Metals site and it will give you an estimate. If you decide to go ahead, you fill in an online form and send it by special delivery. Last week when I sold my gold I got £83.82 for 8gms. (a ring, chain and one earring)

Just noticed you cant use Turbo Lister on free weekend - doh!

The good news is that one of my items on Ebay is currently at £16, the bad news is that that I have wasted £34 on craft material that is not what I thought it would be.
Plan for the weekend is to spend Saturday on Turbo Lister and then to list on Sunday.

You can't use turbo lister for free listing. Jus fyi :)

does anyone else have this problem ?
Yes it totally doesn't help! Your fainting sounds a nightmare!!! :(

Well as usual as soon as I get optimistic something bad happens!! I was all chuffed cos I realised that I had spent a lot less than I'd budgeted for the trip so started off with a good balance, and then finally got paid for something I didn't think I would :j:j Then as I was leaving work a car drove into me and I think this will be classed as a 50/50 so god knows how much it will cost me :(:(:( As ever in one hand and out the other!!!

    Ooh what kind of Radley??

TBF, id check what you'd get at a jewellers or pawn shop as Links of London stuff is a bit hit and miss on eBay. I think its due to the amount of fakes unfortunatley.
