was trying to make some extra money through the free bingo have seen costabingo come up lots, i know this is a lazy request but im due to leave for work in a mo but does anyone know the anwer to this.
it says i have to deposit money before i play the free games, can you withdraw that as soon as you win something or does there have to be a min amount in the account at all times?
    thanks in advance

I havent put any money into either costa or city bingo and am playing free bingo now, even won £2.50 yesterday.

I dont think that you can withdraw until you have about £30 and you might have to deposit something first before you can withdraw, maybe someone else can confirm this?

babymoo, hope you feel better soon, those pills are fab for pain.

Today I am going to take photos of all my stuff for ebay , I find it so boring sorting it out but love the bids coming in :rotfl:.

Yeah with costabingo you have to have £30 of your own winnings to withdraw, its a risk which you may or may not win.

When I did it I purchased lots of reduced food and saved loads of money £25 , then took £10 from that to deposit into costa bingo- £10.

I got lucky and won big , but if I had not won It wouldnt of upset me so much cos I knew the money was from reduced food and not my bank account. (if that makes sence).
    Kindness costs nothing :)

    Hi

I'm new to this forum but am wanting to save up some extra money this year to pay off my mortgage (or at least to spend on treats so that I don't dip in to my mortgage money too much)

I work full time but will be interested to see how much I can save outside of my usual wage - not sure it will be anywhere near £11k but it'll be interesting to see.

Anyway good luck everyone and I look forward to reading more tips and tricks (I have been inspired to look at competitions and gambling this year which I had always assumed you would lose but I'll give it a go and put my winnings in here) and seeing the challenge unfold.

  • Sorry I havent had chance to come back, been busy with the kids and photographing everything for ebay. I'm uo to £120 on there at the min.

Also I noticed the recommend bonus has increased to £5 on top cash back today so Ive been emailing it and posting to facebook.

I signed up to gala yesterday through tcb and earned £15, deposited £10 and have £20 bonus although I have no idea what I'm doing but even if I dont win anything and lose the £10 I figured I'd be £5 up for going through tcb. I signed up to credit expert to earn the £10 but must remember to cancel before the month trial runs out.

I'm gonna have a go at ciao reviewing today, the amount of money last year on new baby things I'm bound to have lots of products to review!

  • Hi everyone. New to MSE so be gentle :P

11k will probably be out of reach due to lack of time but I will give it a good shot! Nice to see a good community on here :)
  • count me in please , been lurking on this thread for a few days now and even if I don't manage to get to 11k I might at least get enough to buy another vehicle for hubby to do his 80 miles a day round trip for work . my main constraint is time , i work 45hrs a week and started my own business part time last year making and decorating cakes , so don't get a lot of time , particularly in summer , to do much else. I always use quidco and nectar where i can , and hubby and i have a pact that we will NOT spend those nectar points until xmas 2011 :).
we have both given up drinking alcohol for at least 3 months as we are trying to lose weight , and if we do fancy a drink we have to justify it to MIL as we took all our leftover and gifted drink to her house on new years day , as she is teetotal and it stops us being tempted at the weekends:o. Normal monthly spend on alcohol would have been £40 so will be adding that at the end of each successful month :D

    so far
    £16.57 quidco
£25 mr T cc deals for eating out on my birthday :D
£8ish cinema ticket from loyalty points somewhere (cant remember)
    £6.70 nectar points
    £15.00 paypal
    £4.00 mystery shop/survey
£150 left out of unexpected xmas bonus from my boss
    total so far £225.27/£11000

    to do
loads of small stuff to list on ebay this weekend
make fake cakes for photos for my website
make valentines biscuits to photograph for ebay

thinking about doing if i can carve the time
making beaded cake toppers to sell on ebay
sewing small decorative items to sell on ebay

sorry for the long post - as usual i got a bit carried away - so many great ideas - so little time :T
Started my own business and loving being my own boss

Built a kit house for someone back in November, now the house is all done..all he needs is some drains put in by digger driver and then he will be digging out a foundation for a double garage for me to build. So im really hoping that they get ready for me putting in the concrete soon...so il have my homer to do on a Saturday and Sunday. So if i get started say middle of Feb, should definatly be finished by end of March. Hopefully i can haggle a good price out of it and get at least £2,500!! Maybe a bit less as il maybe need some hired help for the likes of the litels and cills and such. Could put me well on my way for the target..that would be 17% of my £12,000 target right there. Another couple of jobbies like that over summer and i would be well on my way.

Itl be a slow start from now(even though im almost at £500 already) until i get going with this homer but itl be worth the wait!
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.
