Got my £3 from my survey credited into my Paypal account.

I think I need to get rid of my little bar job and find another one with permanent hours - maybe shelf stacking at night etc. Dunno though.

Urgh, still feel ill and I'm just about to leave for work. 3 hours of people yelling down the phone - oh the joys!!

Hi everyone I would really like to join this as i currently have £11,888 of debt that i am trying to clear this year.

Every bit of extra i get will be used to pay off my debts so if i can succeed in this challenge then it will nearly all be gone.

I have nothing left to ebay at the moment but will look at the free bingo for a start and will try and come back and update my progress as i make some.

This thread is so motivational and i hope we can all do really well this year.

I've just logged into my Bingo Britain account and they have given me £10 bonus so am playing that now.

Might be worth checking your account if you have one with them:j

  • Hi,

I know I'm a bit late to the party - but I'd like to join please.

I've been selling a load of stuff on eBay, so I'll calculate my total so far.

I hope to make some dents in my credit cards rather than just topping up my overdraft!

What do you all do with the money? Do you put it towards a debt straight away or save it up till the end of the year?

  • nikki - a job like shelfstacking can feel quite anti social if you are used to person to person contact, it can be a little isolating.

I would quite like the peace as I am a grumpy sod, but bear it in mind!

I would also like something to do at nights that is not bar work. I would be able to work 6-10pm Sunday to Wednesday and Thursday 6pm until 11pm...

Hard work but it will really be worth it! I really want to put the hours in this year and get myself financally sorted out. Even at £6 an hour still manage 21 hours just from nights so an extra £126 a week before tax. Plus my usual Monday to Friday is 47.5 hours so 68.5 hours... then whatever little jobs im doing on a Saturday or Sunday during the day. Workaholic year while im still young and pysically able to. Love working and hopefully if i get another little jobbie i like then it will be easy...
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.
  • Just 5pound amazon voucher for a survey for me today plus will add another 5pound amazon voucher that I got in Dec and forgot about
    Make £10 a day Dec 2016 £130.52/£310

  • Just cashed in some Fatcheese money and am going to add in my paltry Xmas Tesco clubcard vouchers, which arrived just after the 4x rate change. :(

So that's £19 added to the pot......will do better when I stop that addictive competition!
