I've got a good feeling about it - but always do have a good feeling about new ventures until i mention them to OH/Mum and then i write them off. I don't know whether i'm 'brave and ambitious' or 'deluded and idiotic' lol. I'll stick with the former for now!
Ahhh I used to get that a lot with the ex, very demoralising I must say!!!!! Personally I think you should give it a go if you feel good about it otherwise you may live to regret it. Don't let other people's negativity drag you down to their level ;)

did about £5 worth of surveys today but won't really count them till I cash in the vouchers I'm nearly there (at cashout level) on a few sites though - just need to get back into onepoll... me and OH have about £20 in each so its not worth giving up on them yet!
Anyone got experience with toluna? I did a few surveys following their mini polls a while back but still don't have the points...
  • Is the Costa Bingo really free? Or is there a catch?

Wow, this thread took a long time to read! I'm very excited about the challenge and have a lot of ideas now. Everyone seems to be doing so well, so well done to everyone who has made a great start!:D

I couldn't decide what to include in my total because I'm a student with a v part-time job. I've decided to include what I get from the job towards my total as a lot of my wages are down to overtime anyway.

    I'm going to try to..

    - Have a massive clear out and eBay as much as poss
    - Try to buy things to sell on eBay as my main project for the year
    - Use Topcashback for all my online purchases
    - Onepoll surveys (currently £11.60)
    - Sort out my tax code and fingers crossed get a rebate
    - Reach the payout on Dooyoo
    - Hopefully finally receive my cheque from GlobalTestMarket which is taking forever to come!

Hales - I've started using topcashback because I saw Martin had recommended it in his Cashback Sites guide. I'm very impressed with it, it doesn't have the £5 admin fee like Quidco does so I think it is better :)

Hi all sorry i havnt managed post the last couple of days work has been hectic !!

As predicted things have slowed since the flying start but still moving at a fairly decent rate.

On 4th i made £5.16 in various surveys and today ive made £10.57 i hope they carry on a this rate.

Ive been chosen to complte a mystery shop on saturday that has a profit of £8 and i will be reimbursed for items i would usually buy so ive also made a saving from my usual spend.

The biggest news is that ive registered with all focus group companies last year and attended 4 in the whole of last year, this year ive been chosen already to take part in two online forum groups, one starting this week lasting for 4 days which pays £125.00 and one next week for 1 hour in the evening paying £20.00. Ironically i was chosen to do these not from the market research companies but through qualifying through surveys but im not complaining.

In addition to the above i joined up with Bzzagent and got offered a product test, i dont know if im allowed to talk about it so i will just say i paid £40 to recieve the product that has an RRP of £250.00 ad is selling on ebay for £170.00 after testing it i feel a resell on ebay may be in order and a nice tidy profit hopefully.

Talking of E bay just to let everyone know as my previous post detailed i was waiting for ebay to have a free listing weekend before putting my items on as i wantd to save few pennies. Well ive literally just had an e-mail confirming THIS WEEKEND I A FREE LISTING WEEKEND so if possible wait until 8th/9th and save a bit of money !!!

Im going to have another go at match betting and hope for another profit but i will be careful and take my time.

Ive made few quid on free games from the bingo sites so my grand total before counting the focus groups is £1092.48

Hales - I would reccomend Top Cashback, they charge no annual fee and in my opinion have the widest range of retailers and they also pay and track the best with the best customer support if something goes wrong.

Molly - Well done sounds like your well prepared, remember e-bay is a free listing this weekend :-)

Tinkerbel - Toluna have been good to me but there customer service i awful! Poll points should becredited staright away and listed on your points page. Im awaiting £115.00 of vouchers from them which i cashed out in November and still not recieved, though my last lot of vouchers took ages to arrive.

Well done to everyone else, your posts inspire me to come back and i dont know about anyone else but im addicted to reading this thread now, its the first thing i do when i log on lol
