well my plans to list a lot of stuff on ebay went out the window when i had an encounter with a wall which concussed me and bruised my ribs. Took it like a champ though!!?!?

:money:Moneysaving tip dont run into a wall as it could ruin your plans to list on ebay later on in the evening. :money:

Emminently here is a blog post from an old favourite about how and why we share our ideas sometimes

jo that link reminds me of a book I read called "
Feel the fear and do it anyway" by susan jeffers.
It talks about the constant chatter in our heads that block us from moving forward and how to replace those unhelpful thoughts.
    Its a really good read.

I find its not my mind that holds me back but my health ,
does anyone else have this problem ?
I faint alot or have near faints everyday and severe dizziness
which stops me leaving the house as much as I would like to.
I am signed off work for 6 weeks, so its in this time I would like to
find another way of making a living. Its much less embarrasing fainting at home, lol.

    Morning all :)

I very much recommend topcashback, brilliant site!

Well yesterday I volunteered myself to the BHF, part of my get back to work scheme. It's only 4 hours per week which is great for me atm and I get to go round schools educating children and probably adults the important of being healthy :D I'm gonna love it, plus I have 1st hand experience on why it is so important! :) Very excited!

Today I feel very achey so I have cancelled all plans and am stopping in bed. Duvet day, time to get my head around MB :)
