  • I also have some items from Xmas that need returning which will give me another £115 once I have returned them this week.

I have loads to put on eBay once I get around to it as well

I'm also waiting on a tax rebate which should be a few hundred pounds

Well done, you are covering all the market places, Have you looked into haveing a stall at a local craft market too?

Thanks! There isnt really any in my area but i have had stalls in the local malls before and that worked well but now its really expensive to do that. Now DD is at school, i will ask if i can have a stall at their fair's as the have around 6 a year :)

Thank you to everyone who answered my post! Panic over I managed to convince OH that maybe instead of movin in with parents we should go through our finances and see what we can do! He also has agreed to fully supporting me through this challenge! Yey! Im rather happy now!

Just wanted to say well done on the win 'here we go lotto win'

I also wanted to say because my OH works for the council he gets access to a cashback website run by the council and on there is a scheme where we can put money on a asda gift card but get a % off e.g we get £100 on the card but we only pay £95. Just thought if anyone worked for the council it is worth checking!

Ok, i've made this post big so thats it gets noticed (hope noone minds)

As you have all noticed, the thread is pretty fast moving so unfortunately some of the questions do get missed!!

I was thinking that when we start a new thread we can have a Q&A post in the first post or two?? Whats everyones veiws on this??

Anyway until then, anyone who has a question if they put it in bigger writing or maybe in red then that way it will be noticed quickly. Alternatively if you know that their is a poster who is experienced in the field that you are asking the question for then I am sure they will not mind if you drop them a quick PM.

    Hope this helps a little!

WEll you are all doing brilliantly so far! This thread takes some catching up n lol. I bought DP's birthday pressie today (£290) but I have been saving all year for it so I'm chuffed :) I have helped mum box up all her bad taste bears to sell (there are around 200!!!) and she has said she will give me some of the money we get from that which will go straight into my funds :D

I will be officially debt free from beginning of next month so the payments I am currently making will go straight into my sealed pot as I won't miss the money, I haven't missed it for the last 12 months. It is only £100 a month but its an extra £1200 over the year!! Absolutely shattered so I am going to go and curl up, watch the soaps and do some comps!

DarlingDaughter .. do you have anything you can put on ebay or get your parents to help you put on ebay (can;t remember if you have to be 18 or not to go on there) I think with an attitude like that at your age you will go far my love, I wish I had had that attitude at that young age. Goodluck hunny xxx
