Hi Skint!
Oh just real stupidity tbh, like keeping a payment on hold for over 22 days with no explanation of why, not letting me withdraw any money at one point, and then telling me i have to verify my account(something i'd done and dusted over 3 years ago!!) When i chase them they always, without fail come back and say theres nothing wrong, but they have then fixed the problem!!??
I get the impression that they like taking peoples money and then giving loads of non-valid reasons as to why you cant get at it. I hate using them for anything now.
Sounds about right for paypal...! I had a stupid amount of money - almost £300 in paypal,i went to withdraw it and low and behold,a limitation was put on my account even though i have a fairly high feedback level and never had any INR claims either! they are a law into themselves and seem to make the rules up as they go along! I wouldnt use paypal if i didnt have to. I hope you get it sorted soon!0 -
didnt help hadnt closed boot so light had drained it my brother came to my rescue ,been up all night so could have done without it .ollie is home ?suspected egg allergy poor kid cant have dairy as it is and what with brian being wheat gluten free i think its time to give up on being catholic and we should join the wee frees lol
I have a great recipe for gluten free , dairy free , egg free chocolate cake already posted here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2602507
I can recommend the book "vegan cupcakes take over the world" full of great recipes containing no egg and no dairy , the gingerbread ones were particularly yummy
banked another £200 from ebay this morning , still creeping that total up .
about to quit the matched betting , as its becoming increasingly time consuming to find the non sticky free bets , with cake orders flooding through the door and full time admin job to do , I just don't have that much time spare at the moment . I have made £160 out of it in a little over a month , so once its back in the bank i can add it to my total .Started my own business and loving being my own boss

For those of you interested in music, I have collated a list of CD singles that are very collectable on Ebay.........I have made a bit of cash by scouring the carboot sales and charity shops to source these and then selling them on at a profit. Like most things it can be done but takes an awful lot of patience!! If anyone has anything to add to this then I would be interested to hear from you.
I'm also quite an experienced ebayer but have yet to find a regular source of anything to sell. I know it inside out really and would love to do this full time.
This thread has inspired me and who knows maybe I can find something!!!!:j
Id be interested in seeing the list if possible? pm me? Thanks
JoJo

Still not got round to adding my earnings into a sig due to my finances looking a bit messy at the moment, not bad, just all over the place. Hopefully it'll be clearer what I've earned at the end of March.
Anyway I've sent off some info to HMRC to see if I'm owed any tax from the last few years, I worked as a temp and was unemployed off and on so quietly hopeful. I've also sent some documents to the guys dealing with cashbackkings insolvency, not so confident of getting anything out of that. Mystery shopping has been a bit of a bust so far, need to get motivated and join more sites. Surveys however are picking up nicely, got in on a magazine review that is making me a nice pile of points on top of the usual surveys.
Get the feeling the next few weeks will be slow on this front but at least I've got this thread to show me what can be done!0 -
Skint-Student-Nurse - What kind of items do you make on folksy? Is it good money?0

I tracked back all my additional earnings for this year, not a bad start. If I carry on at this rate I will get my new windows before 2012If you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0
