moonpixie thanks for recipe added to favourites , did you find the matched betting hard or just time consuming
both!
I have never even so much as bought a lottery ticket before , so trying to get my head round gambling odds and all the things to watch out for was quite a challenge ! I have exhausted the "easy" bets where its "deposit x and place bet and we give you x free" with no wager requirements. It seems the larger bonuses are only available if you bet through your original stake x times or more . Quite frankly I know its free money and I could probably get my head round it if I had more time , but it seems like a lot of work (time) to gain a few quid . Also because I don't fully understand that bet through x times and stand on your head in a tray of treacle to get the bonus thing , i figure the risk of losing what I made so far (fairly easily) is too great ! If you are able to spend a lot of time actually getting to grips with all the finer points of arb, spread betting and wager requirements , not to mention trawling through pages of odds matching and finding the best odds , and having enough float to take the risk on the more complicated stuff , then I dare say it could be quite lucrative. That said though , it seems from looking through some of the posts in the gambling threads , that it is getting harder for people to make the larger sums , or regular incomes that used to be claimed by some a few years ago .
Personally I enjoyed my "dabble" with it and I started it with some cashback (£45) , to see if I could make my money grow . I have made a touch over £160 in profit in a little over a month , so it was better than a savings account/isa/premium bonds :j. there is of course also the added risk of being "gubbed"

Sing bingo advice needed please.......i'm up to 65.00, but 30.00 of that is bonus's. I wanted to withdraw 30 but because it means there won't be 10 left in in real money i'll lose my bonus money. Is it possible to deposit another £10, and then withdraw £35, leaving me with £10 real money and retaining the bonus too- hope that makes sense0

No luck with the job that I went for last week. The financial writing is starting to appear on the wall making the £11k goal even more critical.
On the positive side made £76.76 (after allowing for charges, etc) on ebay yesterday and still waiting on another £40ish from buyers.

It seems to have been about once a month for the last about 5 months - but they never let you know until a couple of days before- tends to be a weekend and you get an email usually around Thursday. Last one was 12th/13th Feb. One before was 8th/9th Jan - anyway Ebay are a law unto themselves and they may just not bother one month!0 -
£23 to be added on today for me for a refund on a sports club that my son didn't like & that I had forgotten about. So now up to £422.34 so far for the year. OH hopefully gets paid tomorrow so will add that then.
On another note, I know that I am close to £10 on Valued Opinions & had an email from them today inviting me to do a survey but when I try & log into my account, it says my email address isn't registered on their system! Ive just joined one poll cashback site. theres lots of no spend survey and can join a few of the survey sites through them, for anyone just starting off. They have a few betting ones deposit £20 get £25 cashback as well. Has anyone tried these? I know cash back can take a while to come through... but £5 more than i would earn with money in the bank. Just wondering if anyone tried any? or should I stay away. Got £10 from the surveys in 2 days (some should be avoided, you have to pick offers in each set, ok if you dont mind loads of junk mail)
Another £6 added from music magpieDebt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0
