  • Hey blossom11,

If you have time, try and sell your old CDs on eBay. I was going to trade a load of DVDs CDs and Games in and would of got approx £100 but after looking on eBay I sold them for just over £200 after postage! Always worth a look, it's free :D

  • What a great thread. I have spent the last two hours trawling through many of the posts on the board. I am inspired. There is no better excuse for me to try and earn enough money to replace the windows and doors in my house. I could probably save 50% on my heating bills if they were replaced. If I could just get halfway towards the £11k I will have enough to replace them.

I have already taken part in matched betting for the last 12 months but have just spent any money that I have earned. I have created a betting related affiliate site, where I also offer unofficial cash back on bookies, on-line casinos, bingo etc. Now it is time to put my earnings/savings into its own account.

In loving memory of my close relatives who have passed away from cancer, 10% of my final earnings will also be donated to Cancer Research. So this is my focus over the remaining 10 months.

    Matched betting income
    Affiliate marketting
    Sell on ebay
    I swapped gas/elec last week saving £275 a year
Fight a claim against “direct Bikes” worth £800
Read this thread for more inspiration.

Thank you all, I am looking forward to this challenge. I will spend the next couple of weeks calculating my accrued earnings this year and get up to date.

    Morning Gang!

Been a bit quiet this end money making wise mostly due to having this awful head cold for the best part of two weeks, I'm shattered!

Anyhoo, need to get my butt into gear and start the wheels in motion again if i'm to get anywhere near my lofty goal of 11K :D

I've been thinking about taking a course(in what, as of yet I dont know) to learn something that i could do as a business in my spare time, preferably from home...hmmm?

Quiet on the ebay front as ive had a load of trouble with PP, grrrrr, why is it that theyre more than happy to take your money but not actually give it to YOU?? Even though I've got 100% feedback and never had any problems
    Rant over!

All the best guys, as always
    X
  • Morning all!

Lea,whats the problem with paypal? I may be able to help you as unfortunatly paypal have messed me around over the last few years on several occasions.

I made another £43 on ebay last night :) Im just waiting for a few more buyers to pay then i can withdraw my money before i spend it ;) Ive checked TCB and im due my payments at the end of march so i think its around £47 i will get. Hopefully i will keep plodding along and have £11k at the end of the year....!

Have a nice day everyone! Im off to enjoy the peace as DD isnt here today!
    ;)
