  • Hi all.

Overtime available at work now finally so should get some more mula from that. Im finding it tough to work out how much im earning after tax for everything so my totals are very messy right now,ot doesnt go straight in the wedding fund so money transfers go through as a one off payment through my pad challenge.
Only means that my 11k will be a little off from reality but as long as my total is 15k by april next year i will be totally happy!!

  • oooooooooh, sandp, i could have come to you for some advice ....only joking, but i have spent the morning at the citizens advice bureau, they gave me some excellent advice, helped me compose a letter for my former employer and told me to go back if i don't get a reply within 10 working days, and they would help me apply for an employment tribunal. Maybe my ex boss will take notice now, instead of ignoring my emails. If i get a result from this i can add that to my total, as it would be money i had given up on.

Listed 10 items on Ebay at the weekend, 2 items have bids on them and have watchers on 3 other items - so i'm happy.

I have a large item that i have listed as pick up only, i have asked for cash on collection, is this the right way to do it. It's just i've read somewhere about a paypal scam on pick up only items

Lol - don't mind people asking questions it's just that I'm not always on here and sometimes questions are too involved to be able to handle via msgs. I do dip into the Employment thread when I can so you may see me there occasionally.

Anyway sounds like everything's now on the right track - hope it all goes well!

Got a tenner today from my Mum (petrol money for picking her up from my Nan's for this week). Got a refund at my old workplace for a birthday cake I ordered but no longer want (as the boyf's allergic to jam and it's for him). So that was £7 (although I spent 40p on a cupcake whilst I was there).

I also took £6 to work with me to buy birthday cards (£1 for a pack of 4) so I bought them, then found out everyone was going to the chipshop so I put the cards back and got a kebab and chips for £5.40. Disappointed that I wasted that much money on a kebab and chips, but I will be taking a fiver in tomorrow to buy the 5 packs of cards I put back today.

Oh, and I also sold another book on amazon so my total I should receive in a couple of days is just over £60

Upto £10.28 on free bingo, only £20 to go!

Have about £22 on another bingo site but most of that was won from paid games so wont include that in my free total.

My new online business is up & running but will work out the money on that monthly as it will be easier but around £37 profit so far so I'm happy with that.

Glad that everyone seem to be doing really well and keeping up momentum, its easy to let things just slide away (which is what I did last year:() so lets keep going towards our £11,000 target!:j
    Sell £1000 in 2016 - £12.48/£1000
