Hi Everybody
Well just checked my ebay stuff and it is up to £86 so will see what happens today.
I am going to try and list more items today as I have sorted so much stuff out this week.
Take care

Wow, this thread moves fast! So, if I'm in I'd better get started - I only have a small (6hrs per week) part-time job at the moment so I'm going to count all earnings toward this - 11k should be plenty for me to live on so it's a nice goal.
So far in Jan - nothing! I've been building up here and there but have recieved no actual pay or money yet - I guess it's better to list when I get paid rather then add a few pounds a day here and there? What does everyone else do?
I've been looking at residual earnings using adsense and online content and have built up about £8 so far this week for a few hours here and there. Does anyone else have any success with this sort of thing? I'm a member of one mystery shopping panel but my town is quite small so not much there, onepoll, valued opinions... and I occasionally buy and sell on ebay/Amazon, so these are the things I'll be trying to increase at first. It looks like some people are already doing really well with the numbers - I have some catching up to do!0 -
would like to be referred please but not sure how to do the pm thing!! i can reply
ok so got £18 selling on ebay so far. done 8hrs of overtime so far this month but have to put form in now (but wont get that till next month) Also will have earnt £559 after tax by the 29th on another job! they tax me 20% as its a second job which is annoying. not sure if ive made any more extra money anywhere!! but am aware i havent put any figures on here yet! erm....
oh i have been doing surveys but been doing so many all over the place im not sure its doing any good!!
i have just sent you a private message minie - to view them, you click on the private messages link, which is just below the user cp bar etc

I don't know where this word wonga came from, but I despise the word.
I suppose I've seen that advert with the irritating bloke who says 'wonga' too much...
Well done though!Wins:

Munchki its great to see you here hun. what a year you had. heres to a less bumpy one!
Rosie I think if you are stuck for motivation you need to look at why you want to do the challenge and what it will mean to you if you succeed. that probably isn't the money itself but the result of the money. What will life look and more importantly feel like. Is it really dear to you to have those outcomes.
Try to think on the positive outcomes like I will be able to afford to xxxxx rather than I will not have xxx debt if you can.
When you are really clear about what it means to you. think of one step you can take towards that outcome however small. I know this is a money making challenge but I would not rule out that there may be steps you can take to move you towards your outcomes that do not even involve making money. Thats great too. try to see the challenge as just one tool towards creating what you want in life and like many of us last year you will probably find more things that are more valuable than the money along the way.
Motivation I think comes from having a clear sense of what you hope to achieve and having a real strong feeling of what that means to you. then trust that you can make it happen even if you don't know the ins and outs of it. the answer may turn out not to involve 11k but a whole host of other things plus £3675.47 or something like that. who knows. just know what your aim is and then ask if your choices are moving you towards it or away from it.

Won £25 on a premium bond yesterday so that was great.
Bought them with £1 coins I'd collected last November so that was pretty good & quick. I have ones from when I was a child that have never come up apart from a pay out of £50 a few years back.
I reinvested the £25 back into bonds - (did it automatically as I ticked that box when I bought the bonds) as that way I won't be tempted to spend it.0 -
Aww Jo thank you. You always come out with such pearls of wisdom. You are right though last year I did really well and made some lovely friends along the way but after OH had that health scare it made me realise money is not important to me but I do have a goal to save up for a fantastic holiday maybe a cruise. Anyway you have made me feel a lot better so I am off to see what I can find to ebay.
