  • Hi

I would like to join in as well :).

Just a quick question, how does everone count vouchers during this challenge i don't count them as money in case i exchange them for money and then end up counting them twice. I was thinking that i should include them though because they have value and i have "earn the money" so to speak. I was going to modify my spreadsheet so that i can simply switch the amount from a voucher to cash column if i exchange them.

How does everyone else sort this out?

Could I join in please too? I would be glad of an additional £2000 but will try for the full £11,000 in extra income.

I will be e-baying, car booting and green metropolising - and also picking up ideas from here

  • Re Vouchers ~ I currently count my vouchers, tesco cludcards vouchers for example.
Also vouchers sell for near face value on Ebay if you get any you cant make use of, for example, we got a £20 M&S voucher for switching to sky, we dont shop at M&S so sold it on ebay for £19.50 + £1.50 recorded delivery, so they actually paid more than face value :D

Thanks for starting this challenge. I'd love to come in if only for the advice and to watch those 'who can'. Count me in for a January 1st start. I don't think I'll be buying any food in Janaury - not the way the cupboards are bulging at the moment.
    Good luck everyone.

Its worth a look for you old timers and all the new gang too.

There are others on ebay too some cost a lot more and some are cheeper. So its worth cheaking the other sellers out too. I thinking of buying one as iv got 2 and a harf year old twin girls and i think a photo mug of them would make great gifts for family as the twins grow up.

    Anyway good luck all:j:j
