Its pretty much up to you what you include. Its not really a contest with anyone but a personal challenge so there are no firm rules."Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without!!"Nov NSD: ?/30 Nov Make 10 Day ?/300Get Rid Of Debt: ?/2000 !! :mad:0 -

I'm in. I can't for the life of me work out how I'll get anywhere near £11,000 but I'll give it a go!
Better do some work on my t-shirt design venture, make some more music to sell and do some blogging! Otherwise, I should start bidding for jobs on people per hour again; I got lazy after I started my new job, but the money I'm on isn't as good as in my old job, so I need the cash now!January: Jolibook netbook.
February: Nothing
March: May fortune smile upon me! Thanks to all the Comp posters & good luck everyone :beer:0 -
Heretolearn - I stopped smoking in Feb & would of spent £2,450 on cigs since then if I hadn't. I found the stop smoking thread on here is what really made the difference - the support, tips & help on there is amazing. I also hassled my doc to get a cessation officer with the NHS. If you really want to stop go for all the help you can get, I had smoked for 32 years, didn't really believe I could, so I am well chuffed.0

Count me in please

£11k will see me approx debt free, but have alot of expensive bills coming up this year
so i want to try and use this to bash the debts.
Will dust of my mystery shopper disguise and dig out the camera ready for ebaying anything that isn't nailed down.
I have loads of books so may list them on Green Metropolis - may sell at least 2 by this time next year lol
hopefully work will lift their overtime ban next year so i can get a few pennies in from that.
good luck everyone

I've spent the last few days thinking of how I'll do this - I know I won't get 11k, but I'll try my damnedest!
I'm going to give up smoking, but while that's good it's only about £400 a year (I smoke roll ups anyway to save money).
I've also signed up to be a census collector - only very partime though, so that's probably about £500 if I get the job.
I'm going back to Uni in March full-time to study nursing. I'm hoping to do some bank nursing while I'm studying, but I'll wait and see what the course work is like before I count on that - last thing I want to do is mess up my degree for the sake of a few hours here and there. I'll get a discount in the Council Tax for being a student. I'll save that too.
I'm also going to put aside any money I save in the supermarket - if something I buy is on special offer, I'm going to put aside the savings into a separate account. Same with any vouchers I use.
I've done some overtime this weekend that I'll get paid for in January and hopefully there'll be some in January that I can save in Feb.
I thought at first it would be nigh on impossible, but I reckon with a bit of imagination I might surprise myself!Sealed Pot Challenge - member 1109:j0 -
