  • Hi everyone

Glad that everyone is doing so well and loads of ideas whizzing around.

I haven't got started yet as have been poorly with flu since Monday, thought I was getting better on Wednesday but the runny nose started and then had shivers again last night and felt really rough so now giving in and spending the day in bed.

I have got a notebook so I am putting ideas into that for a later date, must go now as the screeen is making my eyes hurt. :(

Have a good weekend - hope your dog is ok Skint x

  • morning all!

Ive spent the last hour or so trying to get online but firefox had other ideas, doh! everyone has done so well in the first week! ive even surprised myself :D

Im spending the day listing on ebay, putting the high value stuff on first and then putting the odds and ends on tomorrow after the car boot sale. Were having a no spend day today to help save the pennies. Im still due a cheque from my tax rebate so fingers crossed that comes through soon :)
    ;)
  • Well done everybody!

Again I have nothing to add :( I'm still trying a few surveys but I dont get sent many and there never seem to be any on Onepoll also toluna seems terribly slow to me :( Also I don't want to count anything from these until I actually cash in/receive the vouchers etc!
Everyone else seems to be doing brill though! Well done!
I'm still only on £41 so.. oops! But I am trying! When it comes to payday hopefully I will be able to add more to this and I'm aiming to properly start in February.. just doing some ground work now! Really need to get some reviews written but I dont seem to have anything to review... and I really want to write in the higher paying categories because it seems more worthwhile.. ho-hum!

Sorry I feel like im on a bit of a downer, its just everyone seems to be doing really well and Im not off the starting blocks!

jmds.. I owe the tax people too :( but I think they might actually owe me too and I think I'm paying too much tax every month at the mo! (hopefully they owe me more than I owe them though and come later in the year I can be posting on here wooping about the massive tax rebate I receive which can o towards this challenge!!)

Keep positive tinkerbel, you'll get there - and £41's a great total for the 1st week. Everyone has diffferent approaches and it's not always helpful to compare totals. Some find that they make loads in the first few weeks as they sell all their belongings and change all their utility costs etc. For others, the first few weeks are spent doing groundwork and research and they make very little, if anything. Just try to do something small towards it every day or when time allows. You'll soon find your efforts begin to pay off.

tinkerbel - thats what this thread is for - to support each other when things seem a bit slow.we've all been down that road when we were on a downer but its early days yet and you might find those that are doing really well just now run out of steam, have sold all the things spare on ebay and hit a block in a couple of weeks time where as you may just be finding your feet just now and will have a slower and steady pace throughout the year, but still get there in the end. On the last thread that is what happened to many and it was just the handful of us that were left at the end but we stuck with it and we got there!
