I am a straight talking guy, I will describe these companies exactly how they are, they use words to panic people to pay, they issue spurious invoices to parkers, telling people its a debt and threatening bailiffs and ccj's, yet no contract has been made, the OFT describes these kind of companies as scammers, martin lewis describes the whole industry as cowboys!

Lets face it the whole lot of them are scammers, the whole lot of them are cowboys, the whole lot of them are scumbags, if they are unhappy with the terms I use not mse, they can send me an email asking for my address and i'll give it to them, let them take me to court if they dare!

I understand all of this but find it entirely galling that freedom of speech - by way of fair comment - is sacrificed (once again) on the altar of commercial convenience and expediency.

I fail to see how my posts could be construed as anything, but constructive, positive and convivial. If you look back who is throwing the insults, there are one or two standout recidivists.

No you just use the language on the invoices you issue, lets see it goes something like this: fine, court, ccj, bailiffs, damage credit rating, and so on! Its okay for you to use intimidation and blatant lies on your invoices and letters to follow, but once people call your industry and company a SCAM you get all pious , and put in complaints, well they say the truth hurts

I am profoundly glad that in my small part I am helping people bring down your industry, we don't need legislation to bring you down, word of mouth will do, it will come to a tipping point where the PPCs will start going out of business, can't come soon enough for the lying scammers.

Could you suggest a universal name we could call this pond life.

I think you may find it fitting to quote from "The Codex Gigas" seems to fit in better with your lifestyle.
