I am not saying anyone who puts 88 on the end of their name is automatically a sympathiser but it is something that I am always very very wary of when I see it on forums especially when that persons year of birth is not 1988.

There are indeed a few issues to absorb.
Ultimately an extended civil restraint order was issued
The (alleged) libel foundered.
But the case needs to be read really so as to distinguish the facts.
