I've been here, trying to get this thread back on topic.....0 -
cheers amba... yeah i have got one, its nice, does my grandparents nicely! not the most amazing thing in the world but when you have never seen a plasma or a flat screen monitor (like my grandparents!) you will be impressed, its basically like a little monitor, you see a slide show of the photos and whilst you can't change the timing on this one is a good deal for the price... if you are after this for someone who is already into gadgets then i would say to give it a miss but as a gimmick present for the olds i would recommend it 100%!!!

Thanks rachie
My mum likes to think she's into gadgets, but doesn't really have the technical mind for it, but it sounds like this would be just right for her....:rolleyes2

just bringing up this thread again, did anyone find a program to resize the images to match the screen, if so could you share how you did it and with what program.
thanksListen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
I see they're now down to £39.99 at Amazon, but they've had mixed reviews, with several customers saying theirs were faulty.
I'm surprised people actually use these on their desks, mantlepieces etc. I assumed their purpose was to put them in your camera bag so you can show people your photos straight away wherever you are.
Since digital technology is always getting cheaper, I think I'll wait for the better ones to come down to a price I'm willing to pay, rather than buying the cheapest now.0 -
