    PM sent?

This from a poster who thinks the first priority debt is the water charge and is 3 above the rent payment...

and from the same poster who thinks that an assessment is calculated from when the PWC gets in touch with the CSA?

And many more duff comments and advice.

I would proceed with extreme caution OP before taking any advice from 'Waster'. Have a check back of his old posts and the amount of times his 'sterling advice' had to be corrected.

Good to see you follow your own advice for a change rather than dictating it on others Loopy Girl.

    *yawn*

Is that school finished for the week then? You must be bored right enough....

We both agreed that I would do these things in lieu of child maintenance, even though she was on benefits.

I actually see where you are coming from and if that was today then an arrangement like that would cause no issue - with anyone.

Unfortunately (as you well know) the rules were from 1997-Apr2010 that if the PWC was on benefits then the NRP had to make a contribution.

I really don't see how you can fight it. If the rulings at that time were so then why should you be any different to any other NRP at that time?

I can actually see both sides and I do appreciate your frustration over it but I cannot see why you think that you should be above the rulings as they stood at that time.

Each of these people has been 'thanked' on every posting by gratefulforhelp.

gratefulforhelp has been 'thanked' over 59 THOUSAND times in less than 5 thousand posts.

Boredom does wonders for those who rely on others for their keep, but FIVE THOUSAND posts?? oh jeez! someone really needs to get a life.

Could be somebody needs a daily fix of NRP-bashing as therapy. I recall someone calling me a bitter person, probably a reflection of their own position.

Reading all these threads and thanks by the same posters, I must be the only PWC on the planet who doesnt look to the state to support my children and able lead a solvent working lifestyle.

Im sure the OP is sensible enough to make up his own mind.

Why do you think/say that? Why would you assume that others don't work? I can't speak for the other posters as I don't know them but I know I work very hard indeed and have a total of 3 jobs :)

You sound awfully awfully bitter for a PWC...still hankering over the NRP are we? Bless
  • I am in a stable family relationship, why on earth would I want to hanker over her?

She lied to the CSA, the CSA believed her, and she was caught. Bottom line is the CSA came down on her side without any supporting evidence and paid the price.

Its just that I am not very tolerant to idle laybouts living on the social who sit on their enlarged backsides watching soap and internet chat rooms all day.

You called someone a troll earlier, I think it was the OP. Once again, a clear reflection of yourself.
  • Cool. I love this guy. He says what I'm thinking. I'm just too polite sometimes.
Thought you werent going to give me any more advice Loopy.
This thread does seem to be bombarded with female PWCs with an anti absent parent attitude.

Leaving all the details of my case to one side, the bottom line is that I have told the Csa every time I speak to them that I will pay them what I owe when they ha e got the maths right on my case. I'm more than happy to do this. They still continue to get it wrong after 10 years and that is disgusting.

I started this thread with a technical question about the Csa law. Has anybody bothered giving me a sensible answer? NO.
The idea of Martin Lewis' forums is that people with the appropriate knowledge and experience can offer sound advice.
I ask question as an absent parent and get lashed by points collecting PWCs assuming me to be a bad guy just because I'm an AP.

It's interesting to see how many people are watching this thread. Maybe they are keen to see answers to the original question. Or maybe they like to see PWCs and APs winding each other up. Who knows?

Do you get prizes for the 'thanks' points then? Like Tesco clubcards?

Ill give you a thanks for that Mike. Seems you have a lot of constructive answers to your thread.
It seems that threads are started on here and then it just turns into a personal slagging match between posters.

In my case i have now gave up to the point of shuv it keep your money although they send you conflicting letters that there is a mistake on my account but hide behind the tribunals decision.

Im sorry if i offend anyone
