some stuff going on at work which has lead me to feel that i can't discuss things with my team or manager without it later being held/used against me. Starting to get some perspective but i still feel i really need to be careful.
and at the same time, it turns out my sister has broken a confidence with my mum, who decided to ring me at work because SHE felt the need to discuss the issue at that very moment. Sod the fact that i'm at work and it's neither the time or the place, oh and she's made x, y ,z decision and i will discuss it with her today whether i want to or not.
told you it's boring, i just feel that i no longer have anyone to talk to outside of Mr LT that i can trust not to then tell others about what i've said.

Sorry to hear things are a bit rough LT - it's awful when you feel that you have to watch every word you speak "just in case" - my last company was like that, thankfully I don't have to stress about that any more! Hurrah! It does make me realise just how relieved I am to be out of it though.

Mr LT has gone to his folks for a few days and has left me all on my own :(:(:(

I'm sure everything is going to work out in the end but it will take some time. Have agreed in haste to doing some NLP and i'm starting to get a little worried.
