well time for a finance update, i've tried to keep on top of things whilst off line and moving, it's been tricky as there's lots of things that we've needed for the new house and not being able to check my bank accounts religiously has really impacted me.
Mad Mavis is down to £2,950 i'm still awaiting a payment which will enable me to pay this off. I've been waiting since the beginning of March, and chased last week so hopefully it will be here next week or the week after.
things i need to achieve today:
sort out British Gas with our direct debit details, i think we're moving across from them anyway but i don't like paying anything in the short term.
fill out the form to change the address on one of my current accounts and our joint account.
change the address on my driving licence
change the address on my log book[STRIKE]
change my details at my professional society
put up curtain rail in craft room[/STRIKE]
start decorating the utility room
think that's enough for starters.0 -

i've never tried cooking with polenta, i keep meaning to give it a go.
Not had any cakes recently as i've a new cooker. It's not 'mine' but the one which came with our new house, i brought mine with me just in case. I do admit to having commitment problems with the current one as it's gas and i've got to have a practice cake bake just to see if we can work out a baking relationship or not.
This site is probably the only reason i'm so close to becoming debt free. I had tried many ways & times before coming here to clear my debts but every step was a step backwards but with interest. A bit like my dieting skills to be honest.0
