Queuing on the line and talking to the operator (very nice lady) took 35 mins in total, but my £21.50 of vouchers are now converted at the 4x rate.

BUT (bit of a warning here) she saaid she wouldn't have been able to unlock the codes without passing it to another dept (with a much longer delay - sounded like days if not longer) had I not been able to give her the voucher codes. As it happens they're still showing on the 'My Vouchers' page, but I'd also copied/pasted them into a draft email I'd saved.

No, I don't think you'll be okay unless.

1. The email contained an e-coupon order nos.:rotfl:
2. You kept a note of the voucher codes submitted.

I assume you have now tried placing your order for goods / reward with said vouchers? Has it worked?

Mine were constantly shown as processing and despite assurance each time I rang that the e-vouchers were active, they were unable to give me the voucher code numbers. In the end I had to accept the vouchers would be "rolled over" to February and a Tesco [payment?]card for the same value will be posted to me, thus giving me double value - not what I wanted but a compromise.

A tip (in hindsight), when using unclaimed vouchers (i.e. when you no longer have a hard copy), keep a note of the code numbers or copy and paste into word.

Good news - got response last night to my e-mail to Tesco; they are going to honour attempts to exchange vouchers for 4x rewards if you post the vouchers and a downloaded paper form to them by the end of the week, including covering letter with details of when transaction was attempted. Good luck everyone.

I forgot about this but knew it was coming up at 5 to midnight on 5th I suddenly remembered so tried to order them took me ages as my internet is very slow so managed to upload them at about 12.30am on 6th I got an email to say i'd exchanged £27.50 and will receive £110 in vouchers ( when I looked at the days out that I wanted it still showed as x4)

This is just so frustrating - I categorically got told on the phone they will not process rewards over phone and If I want my rewards I MUST send them in the post - I tried explaining I do not have them (lost them when we moved) but no luck, I even have the damn voucher numbers to hand.
I wish I could get through to some of these people you guys are getting through to!

Firstly, my clubcard vouchers were processed on the phone yesterday, no problem, he just wanted the last 4 digits of the number on the back.

Secondly, if you go into your clubcard account online you can see the vouchers that have been issued to you and the numbers which should tally with the voucher no.'s that you have. I suggest you print a copy of this off as proof of them. Clearly my cs guy on the phone could also see what I had in my clubcard a/c which is why he only wanted the last 4 digits.

Hi, I chased up lost or missing Tesco clubcard vouchers as recommended by MSE in plenty of time to take advantage of the two offers- double points & four times deals.- but due to only receiving the vouchers today in my third lot of mail/post since the snow I have now missed both offers... GRRR :mad:
Anyone else in the same boat? Also as the tesco site crashed I wonder if the snow / P.O situation was also going to be considered & tescos would honour vouchers from the date ordered (approx 3 wks ago)

Finally! 3rd phonecall to Tesco now and I think its finally sorted!
Got told my vouchers had 'been reserved' and they were unsure if the transaction had worked or not, got put on hold for 20mins and finally spoke to a guy who said that the transaction should have gone through but didn't and that he'll sort out the rewards out for us at the 4x rate, just had to read out about 15 voucher codes to him.
Really does seem to be luck of the draw on who you speak to obviously.

i eventually got through yesterday and the lady gave me my e codes over the phone, seen as they were suppossed to email me them 2 weeks ago.
i ordered from the website and recieved my parcel this morning.
it was the 0800 number i phoned on aswell.

Last Minute Doh.com! Why do we all wait til the whole world wants to cash in and the website would obviously die?

We kept trying and with about 30 mins to go - we got in did the dirty deed and had confirmation of the Rewards at 4x
