Are you absolutely sure of that?

Sellers on ebay always seem to point out that their Pizza Express vouchers can alternatively be only used at another of the similar restaurant type offers. Apparently there is a code on the vouchers that is dependant on which deal category was originally ordered i.e S3010 is only for days out deals.

You are probably correct, the only thing about the days out vouchers is that most/all are actually closed in the winter so you may not have 6 months to use them.
I have just taken this comment directly off the Tesco site.
Did you know? - Days Out tokens can be used at any Days Out in rewards, or for any rewards that aren’t ‘buy in full’.

I agree - Especially with the theme park ones considering most of the parks don't re-open until mid March, even ordering on the deadline day only really gives you 2.5 months to use them once the parks have re-opened

Well done! Im going to get the OH to ring tonight - Im pretty sure being locked means its registered on their system as already being used, it said mine had been after their system screwed up my order on sunday.

Did they do the 4x order there and then over the phone then? - They better do this for mine or I won't be a happy bunny - I spent hours the other night trying to get them into my bleeding basket

Yes they did it all over the phone and gave me a order reference number :)

So which number can I actually get through and speak to a real person - apparently 0800 591688 is only automated messages? Is there any other freephone numbers?

I've endured the same problem as everyone else although I was not a last minute shopper!! I found the only way to get through when telephoning is not to press any of the menu buttons, after a brief pause, the line will start ringing - it may take 5 minutes before someone answers but it's much quicker than hanging on endlessly for a specific department! Always ask for the manager/team leader or, as I did today, the complaints department in Cardiff! They are still not responding to emails!

    - post your vouchers to us with this completed form (http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/p/inc/partnerorderform.pdf), and state clearly the date you tried to exchange your vouchers.
Are you supposed to write that date on the actual form somewhere, or put it on a separate note, or something?

Does anyone know if when it says 'We have been unable to fulfil this request' not sure if that was the exact words that came up after i went to checkout if i will be ok?

I did try again yet it then said the Vouchers had been used and i then checked my e-mail and it said thanks for your order even though i never got to the last stages of the process

    What you think?

They probably are, but if there are more e-mails than usual arriving it's obviously going to take longer to get a response.

I've traded in my Clubcard points for Airmiles, and the redemption rate changed on that a while ago. I was wondering why it was taking longer than usual for the conversion to go though, but I guess it's to do with the last minute panic.

The Same thing happened to me, you'll have to give them a call. I was told by the customer service rep that the vouchers had been locked. She was happy to unlock them and reprocess the order at the 4x value over the phone.

Well everyone who's getting it done over the phone which number have you been calling? Just tried the number on the MSE article and they said we needed to phone a different number, the other person told us we can't do it over the phone and have to post our vouchers - which would be fine if we had them  Im not sure they even unblocked them either
