Just received a mass mailing reply from them, which includes the followingDue to the high level of demand over the weekend, some customers experienced difficulty in placing their orders.
Any customers who missed the deadline can download a postal application form directly from the Clubcard rewards website
(http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/p/inc/partnerorderform.pdf)
and we will honour any orders received this week at the old rate (up to 4x).
Please include a cover letter and state clearly what date you tried to make the booking.
Please attach your Clubcard vouchers to your completed order form and send them,
remembering to affix a stamp to your envelope before posting, to:
Tesco Freetime Limited, PO Box 654, Crawley, RH10 1RG
We will only accept vouchers that were issued up to and including your November statement.
Any vouchers issues in your December statement will not be accepted.
Any December vouchers received will be added back on to your next statement in February.
Just one snag with this - I don't have the vouchers to attach!!
I've been a bit remiss about keeping them somewhere I can find them again, and until a recent piece on MSE
(when it said how to see what you had unspent) I didn't actually realise I'd lost so many.
So I was using the codes I saw against them on my account screen.....
Looks like I'm still going to have try phoning them tomorrow morningCheryl0 -
I exchanged the codes that were unused in my account in the clubcard exchange thing on Wednesday not exactly last minute. Went into my email account on Saturday expecting to see my new vouchers and had nothing. I emailed them on Saturday as the phoneline was closed just got a reply today saying they'd extended the deadline to use them online until tomorrow theres just one problem with that they still haven't emailed me the codes. Have emailed them back pointing out that they actually need to email me the codes before I can use them."You are entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts" - Arthur Schlesinger

Are you supposed to write that date on the actual form somewhere, or put it on a separate note, or something?
The form is designed, so the required information can be found quickly, so fill in all the sections, and if you feel any other info is relevant by all means mention it in the covering note. But if you want it at the 4x rate do not delay - they 'Crawley' need to receive this week!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Suggest select and print from the screen with your voucher codes, and enclose that.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Had a number of Tesco vouchers to convert and did them all at various times on Saturday without any problems whatsoever. The system ran at its normal speed as well.
Cannot understand why some people had problems!0 -

So sorry to hear about everyone's problems - I only had £10 to change into fashion ecoupons and it was a tense couple of days trying to get it done with the 'in the royal mail' thing and 'codes not recognised' errors. Hope everyone that was booking their trips get them.£216 saved 24 October 20140

My only option is to keep trying the 0808 number and do it over the phone.Cheryl0 -

Just tried the number on the MSE article and they said we needed to phone a different number, the other person told us we can't do it over the phone and have to post our vouchers - which would be fine if we had them  Im not sure they even unblocked them either
I eventually got through on 0800 591 688.0 -
