The exchange deadline has been talked about on this website for ages.
Their phones have had the busy tone all day and no response yet to my mail.
Hopefully they will get it sorted!
How about this for sneaky though, I got some new vouchers in the post this morning!

My exact thought when I opened mine this morning.:rotfl:
I had the exact same thing! Spent hours (literally!) trying to get various offers to work, finally after some arguing with the website got the offers I wanted into my basket - Checked out got an error telling me my address was incorrect, it says enter the address where clubcard statements are issued, well it was that address so Ive no idea what they were expecting. It took me back to checkout then hey presto all my vouchers have been used...Did send an email last night - would have been phoning if it was open....not a happy bunny. Shall be attempting to get through tomorrow...
Aug 2014 £114,750 -35 yrs (2049)
Sept 2016 £104,800
Nov 2018 £82,500 -24 yrs (2042)
As you said it has been discussed for awhile, and people here seem to pride themseles on being savvy with the system. So why not being in the 'know' get in quick!
Whilst compared with the last one, Tesco had the added demand of the Xmas savers, I don't think they realised the implications of the 'my clubcard account' facility - the way people could see and use past unknown unused vouchers. If it had started on schedule rather than be at least four weeks late, it might have been different.
I kept getting error messages, but a refresh brought everything back.
Put the two items into my cart, entered my voucher numbers, and confirmed the order - only to get a message there was a problem and would I please check my address and cart.
Everything looked fine, so I clicked on the confirm button again - only to be told my vouchers had been removed from the cart as they'd already been redeemed
So unless they sort something out I've also lost £22 worth of vouchers, which is almost everything I've received in the last 2 years
£15 of my vouchers were on a Christmas present for my daughter and grand-daughters (day out vouchers), so I'm now going to have to find something else for them - but I know which would have been most appreciated
(And yes, I fired a message straight off to them - just waiting to hear back now, but I suspect it'll be a loooong wait)
I have exactly the same problem, ordered 28 November and they claim that the e-coupons were dispatched by Royal Mail Wednesday 1 Dec! If I had known that they weren't emailing the coupons, I would have driven to the nearest store to get them exchanged instead! What a farce! Now the Big Clubcard Exchange website says that the offer is extended, but I am not confident my coupon will arrive by 8 December.
"I didn't receive my Clubcard Big Exchange eCoupon codes in time to spend them by 5 December. What can I do?Because there have been a few customers experiencing this, we have decided to honour any eCoupon codes until 8 December, i.e. you will be able to redeem your codes until this later date."
I also, however, received some more vouchers in the post today, although, to be fair, we have had no postal deliveries since Wednesday last week.
