well M&S have refunded me, didnt cancel it just see a refund on my credit card this morning from M&S..... shame my daugter would have loved this......

well i only pressed daves tummy to check it worked before wrapping
it dosnt work right. unless im doing something wrong
it is very hit and miss if it does something and you can point and press for ages and sometimes not have anythinbg happen
so now its all out of the box with no way of wireing it back in how can i take it back to marks? which in its self is a pain which is why i shop on line. can only imagin the queues in there

After all that uncle opened it on xmas day and the remote didnt work at all. Seems a common thing with these!

Well folks I called and complained and apparently (I'll believe it when I see it) I'm due to receive a £25 giftcard as a goodwill gesture for all the hassle over my monkey! If the £25 arrives I'll be a very happy little monkey myself! Lol xxx

im going to contact them again as she told me to take it back to store. well it will cost me £3 petrol and £2 parking to get a £10 refund for thier faulty item. i dont think so
