Oh dear, having a can't be bothered day and have done the bare minimum. Never mind eh, tomorrow's another day. Going to venture out to the Post Office to get some stamps shortly and need to tidy up the kitchen a bit. Feeling very tired which isn't helping and a bit flat but I'll be fine.

Hope you're all having a good day and great news Seafarers Wife about hubby coming home early!

Ajmoney, no wonder you're ranting, you're very entitled. Grrrrr!

Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.

Vanilla - great to hear it's being sorted out xx
Ajmoney - can see why you're so frustrated about it!!! Hope it's all sorted quickly tomorrow.

DS off school with laryngitis (sp??), he's proper poorly bless him, doesn't even want chocolate:eek:....lots of lucosade, calpol etc. Took him to the docs to make sure it's not gone to his chest and he does need an inhaler whilst he's bad. My throat sore and voice crackling. DD phoned to see if she could miss windband and come home as has a sore throat. Good news is - we get it over and done with before Christmas. Just hope we're all ok for Sunday when we're going to the Bridgewater Hall for a christmas concert. What'll be, will be!

    Going to s/s slowly.

Ooooh nearly forgot.....doorbell rang. Went to answer it. Our lovely vet wanting a word. Asked me if I thought it was too soon for DD to have two baby squeakers who've been abandoned. One is absolutely scared stiff. If you pick it up and put it down again it won't move...it's frozen in fear. The other is a naughty little monster. How could I say no? He gave a big grin and got them from his car!!!! Bit early in an ideal world but I know my daughter will really be good with the scared one. My son loves the mad one!! The vets clubbed together for a bag of goodies for the gp's too - woodshavings, treats, food and an invitation for DD to go and spend a few hours there one day. She'll be thrilled.

    Right, now to s/s xx
