Great news Soappie, really, really pleased for you, will raise a glass on your behalf tonight...probably Vimto but still...:j:beer::T

Funny old day at work, hardly anyone around because of the snow, think everyone just wants to get back to normal.

It's occurred to me Chrimbo isn't that far off, I normally do a lot online but I'm not so sure re the snow delays...there is an awful backlog already on parcels so far.

    Made and decluttered tea.

Decluttered some herbs and spices into some jars and labelled them.

    WM x 1

Wiped down table as mucky from me spilling all herbs and spices.:o

Need to parcel some bits and pieces up to return.

Going to keep in mind getting all done for chrimbo on chrimbo eve...I'd best start locating stashed pressies and sorting through, wrapping etc.

I have a total void on stocking filler ideas...

Soappie - that is wonderful news

I have tried to make a start on clearing the top hall, working through two bookcases. I have identified a good 20 for re-homing, and sorted the rest out into a sensible order. Looks a lot better. I just need to keep dot to dotting in the hope things will join up soon.

ETA - Triker stuff I ordered Sunday has arrived today, other stuff seems to be a little delayed. I am waiting for 4 or 5 parcels sent in the last week.

Nice one Soappie - sad you couldn't share but YOU'VE had a sh1tty time lately and deserve some luck!

just spent a very happy 15 minutes pricing up the contents of my hampers (counting chickens but hey) - retail value is just over £160 and it's cost me £60! I'm counting my quidco cashback as cost of delivery ;)
so there'll be stocking fillers for the Vallikids and some boxes ticked - nephews look like getting a chocolate reindeer or santa each (£6.49:eek:) - and I've 5 'models' coming!

By my reckoning I will have paid about a third of retail value for each item!
