plusnet changing terms but charging me to leave

In march I moved house and plusnet said if I agree to remain with them for a further 12 months there would not be a moving charge. so I agreed In june 2010 my modem stopped working plusnet offered to replace it free apart from the postage cost providing I agree to stay with them on the same terms for 12 months so I am tied…

Thanks everyone for the advice and support.

Plusnet have agreed our verbal agreement will remain as it is until June 2011. so no increases apart from the new vat rate.
