Yet more excuses from this lot today and have been waiting and asking since 14/11 ....

As ever on this wonderful website, assistance very greatly appreciated ......

One more thing, the handset was never registered, as it was/is a Christmas present, don't know if makes any diff? Do I need to put a non-Easymobile sim in beforehand?

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.
